Uncle Rocky

Our Grandma thinks our Uncle Rocky (13 year old woofie) might have had a stroke (weak on one side and very uncomfortable) and might have to go to the Bridge today. Mom went to see him and said he looked alert and all, but he was layin’ down and she didn’t see him try to walk or anything. Grandma was takin’ him to the v-e-t to see what she thinks. Please send purrs and purrayers for sweet Rocky and our Grandma and Granddad. (They’re the ones who had our Aunt Tippy who just went to the Bridge a few months ago).

Update:
Thanks for the purrs and purrayers. Sadly, the v-e-t thought it was best for Uncle Rocky to go to the Bridge, where he won't be in any more pain. Mom, Dad, Grandma and Granddad are so furry sad. We're hopin' to be able to get some pictures of him up, but Mom will have to scan them in first.
Maybe tomorrow, and we'll post his story then too. Thanks again, efurryone, we're gonna go do some snugglin' now.

We got tagged awhile ago by Zoey and the Furballs, but Mom and Dad have been away efurry weekend for furrever, so we haven't been able to get Mom to help us with it until now. (Oh, Mom says it was just the past three weekends, but that it seems like furrever to her too!) Before we get to our answers, here's where they've been spendin' their time that they coulda been spendin' with us:

First weekend: They went to a tournament and seminars with the head of their style of karate. Dad won second place in his division, yay! This is just a picture from before the tournament started.

Second weekend: They went to the wedding of two of their karate students. The bride is a Sikh and had always wanted a traditional wedding.

Third weekend: They went to this place for the wedding of a friend of Mom's that she has known since Nursery School but hadn't seen for ten years.

We don't think any of that sounds better than hangin' around with us! (But Grandma came over to take care of us, so we can't complain too much).

Secret Paws!!

Our package (from The Crew!) came last week, but Mom and Dad were away (more 'bout that later) and Grandma was stayin' with us. Mom wanted to be here when we opened our package, so she made us wait! We FINALLY got to open it tonight, and we LOVE efurrything!

Thank you for the nip, George (Strider ran off with the whole container in his mouth, but then he shared it with me)! Tipper, we ran all around chasin' the glitter balls and ate lotsa Temptations (as soon as we got Mom to open them)! Max, we've been buggin' Mom to get us a flyin' feather for a long time, and she kept tellin' us to wait and see what we got for Secret Paws - it's as much fun as efurryone said it would be! And Misty, the pink mousie is sooo much fun! We had one like it awhile ago and we loved it lots, but then it got lost. Thank you, thank you, thank you all again!! Mom got some pictures (we weren't bein' too cooperative, as usual), but we'll have to post them later.
