We haven't posted for a really long time and were just recently tryin' to get the mom to help us post again soon, but before we could, Smeagol suddenly and unexpectedly ran off to the Bridge.
We are all so sad and in shock. He hadn't been sick or anything... He and I were at home while the mom and dad were at works, we were sleepin' on the couch as usual ...and then he was gone.
Mom can't stop cryin' and Dad... well, Smeagol was his purrecious - they'd have cuddle time efurry morning and night, and Smeagol would keep him company in the kitchen on Stir Fry Night and help him with his exercises and... they just did all kinds of stuff together.
He was my bestest furriend and I'm lost without him. He's the reason I picked this place to live - I saw him in the window and knew this was the right place for me. We played Thundering Herd of Elephants efurry day (including that day - he also ate his food and treats, didn't say anything 'bout not feelin' good or anything) and cuddled on the couch or on our tree in the front window. Gizmo is confused - they always talked at the back door and she keeps askin' where he is. I try to tell her that he went to the Bridge but she doesn't want to believe me.
We're all tryin' to help each other through this - I'm cuddlin' extra on the mom and dad, and they're playin' with me extra long, and I spend more time talkin' to Gizmo. It's just so strange and lonely no matter what we do. Our hearts are broken.
