Almost...

The other day, our neighbors abandoned their two kitties and left them outside. Mom found them hangin' around in front of our place and spent lotsa time pettin' and talkin' to them, and they were furry nice. (We watched from the window). We won't get into lotsa detail, (we really don't know much anyway) but the police were involved with the reason the neighbors left, so it's prob'ly better that they didn't take the kitties along, but they still shouldn't have just left them. Anyway, the police knew they left the kitties, so they called a nice local rescue lady who came to get them.

Mom told us later that we almost had two new bruddies, but that they're goin' to a good place where they're gonna find a great furrever home! Mom is sad though 'cause she wanted their furrever home to be with us, but Dad thinks our place is just too small for 4 big ('cept for Strider) indoor-only male cats. We're not sure how we feel 'bout it. It might have been fun to have two more kitties to play with, but we also have all our favorite spaces figured out and stuff like that. We are sendin' purrs to them that they find their furrever home soon! We haves to go snuggle Mom now so she's not so sad.

Those neighbors were bad people, and we're glad they're not around your house anymore. We finks that the 2 kitties will get their furrefurr homes soon. Our mommy knows how sad your mommy feels about it, but they will be ok.

It sounds like everyone in your house, including your humans, is better off without those people beside you. It's a shame that they left those kittens behind, but at least someone came to help them. Sometimes, people do not even come to help at all...

We are all furry glad the bad people are gone! They were the noisy new neighbors we blogged 'bout in May. Now we feel bad 'cause we didn't know at the time that they had kitties, and the poor guys had to live with all that noise!
Mom says if the rescue lady hadn't come, the kitties would have stayed with us 'til someone could take them, and she's still tryin' to talk Dad into it. She's gonna visit them sometime soon, maybe Sunday, to see how they're doin'! (Rescue lady says they're adjustin' well, we know Mom just wants to see them again!)

That is a sad story but those kitties were very lucky to have you all for neighbors. At least someone let the policepeople know about it.

Sometimes there's just some humans that (excuse our language) s-u-c-k. You have to feel sorry fur them acoz they obviously just don't have any love in them to care about anyone or any kitties.

Sounds like your mom is already attached to them. Maybe you can help if they don't get adopted.

Glad that there's good people like your mom and the rescue lady. Stupid bad people who'd just leave their kitties behind to fend for themselves. Hope you get some better neighbors.
